Cancellation Policy
Service Details: The "Website Design" package includes the following services: Custom website design tailored to your brand identity. Responsive, mobile-friendly development for seamless user experience. SEO optimization to improve search engine visibility. Integration of essential features (contact forms, e-commerce, booking systems, etc.). Basic training on website management for easy updates. Performance tracking and analytics setup. Initial one-hour Brain Boost session to discuss website design goals and preferences. Regular updates throughout the site creation process to keep you informed. Full ownership of the domain name and website upon project completion. Promotional Plug Requirement: In exchange for the services provided, Anndi Rose Designs requires that all website credits and design work be used for promotional purposes. This includes: Acknowledging Anndi Rose Designs in the website footer or credits section. Mentioning Anndi Rose Designs as the creator of the website in promotional content. Granting permission to showcase the website in our portfolio (e.g., case studies, testimonials, marketing content). Disclaimer: By purchasing the "Website Design" package, you agree to provide the promotional credits as described. Failure to include the required credits will result in the suspension of services and additional charges for work already completed. The requirement to include the promotional plug applies to any content produced during the service period and a testimonial after the service period is complete. Duration and Termination: This package is offered with a specified timeline upon purchase. Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice, but promotional plugs for any content created must still be included. If the package is terminated early, additional charges may apply for work completed up to that point. Limitation of Liability: Anndi Rose Designs is not responsible for third-party service issues, including hosting providers, domain registrars, or platform updates. While we ensure a high-quality design, ongoing website performance and external technical difficulties are beyond our control. Privacy and Confidentiality: We value your privacy. Any information shared with us for the purpose of this service will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as needed for marketing materials and promotional plugs. We will handle your data responsibly and only use it for the scope of this service.
